Creation of two new bays with 42 m maintenance pits

The Groupe Durand Services, after trusting us with their Chassieu workshop and the installation of 5 prefabricated steel pits, has renewed its trust in us for the creation of two new bays and the installation of two 42m pits in their existing workshop in Chasse Sur Rhône.

The two 42m pits are secured by our Aluminium pit cover system resistant to 1500 kg/m2. To cover these large-length pits, each pit has 2 covers with pneumatic motors. The covers meet in the middle of the pit.

For perfect working comfort and in the interest of increased productivity, we have integrated two large storage niches so that Durand Services mechanics can have their gearbox and axle oils, as well as their grease, directly in the pit via retractable reels.

We have positioned a rail 20 cm from the bottom of the pit on which a lifting platform slides, allowing mechanics to gain height (see photo below)
