avons travaill\u00e9 avec notre client et en partenariat avec la CRAMIF pour \u00e9quiper cette fosse diagnostic d&rsquo;une couverture de fosse rigide.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-9a086d3 elementor-section-content-middle class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>S\u00e9curisation de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de fosse<\/h2><p>En premier plan, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>condamner l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de fosse<\/strong><\/span> (entre la porte et le banc de freinage) et de reporter l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s principal de la fosse juste apr\u00e8s le banc de freinage.<\/p><p>Pour fermer cet acc\u00e8s et le s\u00e9curiser, nous avons recouvert l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de fosse de trois plateformes en aluminium, qui en cas de maintenance pour nettoyage, peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s facilement retir\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 une premi\u00e8re couverture motoris\u00e9e, dont le stockage est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 entre le banc et l&rsquo;escalier d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s, et qui vient <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>s\u00e9curiser la fosse jusqu&rsquo;aux plaques \u00e0 jeux.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">L&rsquo;ouverture de la couverture se fait \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du boitier de commande positionn\u00e9 au niveau du boitier d&rsquo;ouverture des portes sectionnelles.<\/span><\/p><p>La mise en place de la couverture motoris\u00e9e \u00e0 distance de la fosse mais toujours dans le champ de vision assure la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">parfaite s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel<\/span><\/strong> et <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">supprime tous risques possibles de troubles musculo\u2013squelettiques<\/span><\/strong> (TMS). \u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section stock\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de l&rsquo;escalier, une deuxi\u00e8me couverture motoris\u00e9e vient <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>prot\u00e9ger la sortie de fosse et jusqu&rsquo;au plaques \u00e0 jeux<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p>Pour s\u00e9curiser le passage entre les plaques \u00e0 jeux, nous avons con\u00e7us une <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">plateforme pivotante sur mesure<\/span><\/strong> qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, une fois dans la fosse, de pouvoir prendre son poste pour effectuer ses op\u00e9rations de
