Doumerc Tyres: Heavy Goods Vehicle Geometry Pit

Concerned about providing a comprehensive service offering to its clients, the company Doumerc Tyres Based in Montbartier (a few kilometres from Montauban in Tarn-et-Garonne), it has been fitted with a large 16m prefabricated steel pit to carry out the Heavy-duty geometry of its clients.

XPERTIVE delivered and installed in their existing workshop, on the leftmost bay of their workshop, a Prefabricated steel pit equipped with 4 bespoke steel mounts to position the geometry plates.This workshop pit is fully secured with a Aluminium pit cover resistant to 1.5T/m2 with pneumatic drive, of a 450 lux lighting offering perfect visibility in the pit, of a compressed air networks so as to use their pneumatic tools, and one of Sump ventilation allowing air to be drawn out and renewed in the pit 15 to 20 times its volume per hour. A perfectly productive and secure pit enabling Doumerc Pneus to offer an efficient and high-quality service to its customers.
