Your fully equipped, high-end, ready-to-use garage pit

All our prefabricated garage pits are delivered fully equipped. To ensure maximum visibility underneath the vehicle, we apply two coats of white epoxy paint with a gloss finish. The steel is shot-blasted and prepared before application, ensuring greater durability and strength. They are certified 100% watertight and fitted with a manhole at the end of the pit to allow waste water to be collected using a pump and channelled to your dealership’s oil separator.

A turnkey installation in 1 week

It takes us an average of 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture and equip your pit. Delivered with all its equipment, we will install your new work tool in just 1 week (instead of 8 weeks for a pit made of traditional concrete). You will only have one point of contact who will be responsible for overseeing the entire design, manufacture, and installation of your pit, will attend necessary site meetings, will answer all your questions, and will manage interactions with other stakeholders in your workshop construction or renovation project.

No maintenance costs

Unlike lifting platforms, an inspection pit requires no annual maintenance or regulatory checks. It is always operational and incurs no extra maintenance costs. It offers excellent value for money and its lifespan is significantly longer than that of lifting equipment. Much more than a work tool, it's an investment for your workshop!

A time-saver for everyday

The pit allows for much quicker vehicle placement. Simply position the vehicle above the pit and apply the parking brake to begin operations. You do not need to raise the vehicle on a lift or position it correctly to be raised using mobile columns or a fixed lift. The time (and money…) saved is considerable!

And if you need to lift your vehicle for a «hanging wheel» repair, you simply need to equip yourself with a pit jack or an under-pit jack... your pit allows for it!

Equipment of a standard Xpertive pit model

• 2 coats of lacquered white epoxy paint on shot blasted steel
• 1 non-slip patterned steel sole in black
• 2 non-slip galvanised steel staircases
• The compressed air network with its quick-release couplings
• Lighting (twin fluorescent tube / 1.5m long / IP65 / category 2 zone 3)
• One or two manholes for collecting wastewater, depending on the length of the pit (NB: No connection to the hydrocarbon separator is necessary)
• A rail for the 15-tonne under-hoist jack with a travel stop at each end to prevent it from hitting the stairs.
• Provisions for the installation of a ventilation system at the bottom of the pit (allow for connecting a fan to renew the air volume 15 to 20 times per hour)
• All reservations for energy connections (compressed air, electricity, new oil distribution and used oil drainage)
