Heavy duty pit edge jack with a lifting capacity of 20T

Xpertive's pit edge lifting traverse is designed to efficiently lift a wide range of industrial vehiclesincluding HGVs, buses and public works vehicles. Equipped with two 10-tonne hydropneumatic cylinders, it offers a total lifting capacity of 20 tonnes.

Unique mechanical safety thanks to fully threaded cylinders

In addition to the hydraulic safety and the escape in case of overload, our fully threaded cylinders are used to lock a position under load with a steel ring that gives a high mechanical safety unique, simple and effective.

Each pit rail is supplied as standard with :

Accessory holder: keeps all your tools together so you have them ready when you need them
Ergonomic handling handle: makes it easier to move around the pit and reduces effort
V", "Chassis" and "cup" brackets: you can adapt your brackets to different anchoring and lifting points 152mm extension: to gain the precious few centimetres needed to reach certain chassis or axles

You can also add a range of extendable lifting beams to improve differential and load distribution. If required, it is also possible to increase the stroke length of the cylinders with extensions of up to 457 mm.
