A very simple to use pit curtain
For the bringing garage pits up to standard and securing them, we have developed and patented a workshop pit cover designed with 650 g/m2 PVC tarpaulin and steel tubes equipped with ball bearings. The objective is to offer you a Simple, effective and economical fall arrest device to bring your workshop pit up to standard.
Our PVC pit covers are manufactured in-house, in France, in our workshops located near Lyon (69).
Much more practical and secure than installing pit safety netting, simpler, faster and, above all, less cumbersome to implement than Planking or joists, Our PVC tarpaulin pit covers open and close simply and quickly using a strap that you pull as you move along your workshop pit.
The cover is very light and slides along your corner very easily. You avoiding any risk of musculoskeletal disorders (TMS), and, without installation constraints, your pit will be easily secured for avoid any risk of falling.
How to install your pit cover
To open the pit cover, simply release the securing clips and pull the cover effortlessly using the strap to the end of the pit.
The cover will be stored under a covering sheet, which guarantees you perfect safety and cleanliness of your equipment.
To close your pit cover, simply position your 3 straps onto the pop-up cleats we will have installed in front of your pit, and tighten using the ratchets.
It will only take you a few tens of seconds to open and close your pit. Securing your pit will no longer be a chore.
Fall protection suitable for all types of pit
For the’Installation of your flexible pit cover, We design custom profiles that serve as guide rails to effortlessly slide pit covers along the pit edge angle. We can therefore adapt to your pit under construction just as well as to your existing pit.
This fall arrest device is particularly suitable for wash pits
We adapt our U-profiles or angle irons to the dimensions of your pit, we weld them and install your Fall arrest device in under 48 hours.
Patented pit cover, CE certified by APAVE and compliant with safety standards
Our pit protection system has notably passed the 50kg bag resistance test as part of CE certification by APAVE. This certification awarded by an independent body guarantees you perfect compliance with recommendations R468 & R469 from INRS requested by the labour inspectorate and CARSAT.

With your order, we will send you an installation kit and all you will need to do is follow the operating instructions we provide.
