For Transports NCT, Xpertive transformed a heavy-duty maintenance workshop equipped with obsolete concrete pits and unprotected concrete walls into a safer, more modern and efficient space.

How to renovate a heavy-duty maintenance workshop without permanently immobilizing its activity?
This is the challenge faced by Xpertive® in Saint-Romain-de-Jalionas.
Facing old, unprotected and unsuitable concrete pits for today’s needs, we assisted the project manager in defining a new configuration.
Our solution
We have proposed and installed 2 prefabricated pits with covered motorized pits capable of supporting 25 T/m², This allows the pits to be secured when they are not in use and to facilitate their daily use.
