Installation of a fully equipped prefabricated garage pit in an existing workshop

The company Dicsit installed at Mouans-Sartoux in the 06 region of France wanted to install a prefabricated pit in its existing workshop.
Xpertive needed just two weeks to complete the work and create this new bay.
During the 1st week, the mason from Dicsit carried out the excavation work, breaking up the slab and building the civil engineering for the future pit site.
In the 2nd week, Xpertive delivered and installed the customer's prefabricated pit on a turnkey basis. This repair pit was fully equipped with a pneumatic motorised aluminium pit cover450 Lux explosion-proof lighting, a compressed-air network with quick-fit connectors, an pit ventilationthe networks for the evacuation of waste water to the hydrocarbon separator, theevacuation of used oil and arrival of new oil in the pit.

We have also provided a 15-tonne low-slung pit-side jack enabling the mechanic to lift any heavy vehicle to carry out brake measurement operations but can also be used to removal of heavy components such as a gearbox directly into the pit.

To avoid noise pollution, we have installed the pit ventilator outside the building. This pit ventilator allows you to extract and renew the air in the pit at a rate of 15 to 20 times its volume per hour to comply with INRS and CARSAT recommendations.
