With a view to providing its customers with a complete range of services, the company Doumerc Pneus based in Montbartier (a few kilometres from Montauban in the Tarn-et-Garonne department) has installed a large 16-metre prefabricated steel pit to build the truck geometry of its customers.
XPERTIVE delivered and installed in their existing workshop, on the leftmost bay of their workshop, a prefabricated steel pit equipped with 4 custom-made steel recesses for positioning the geometry trays.
This workshop pit is fully secured with a aluminium pit cover resistant to 1.5T/m2 with pneumatic motorisation, a lighting 450 lux offering perfect visibility in the pit, with a compressed air networks in order to use their pneumatic tools, and a pit ventilation which draws in and renews the air in the pit at a rate of 15 to 20 times its volume per hour.
A perfectly productive and secure pit enabling Doumerc Pneus to offer an efficient, high-quality service to its customers.
