Le Durand Services GroupAfter placing their trust in us for their workshop in Chassieu and the installation of 5 prefabricated steel pitsWe have been awarded a contract to create two new bays and install 2 x 42m pits in their existing workshop in Chasse Sur Rhône.

Equipment for prefabricated steel garage pits

The two 42 m pits are secured by our aluminium pit cover system resistant to 1500 kg/m2. To cover these long pits, each pit has 2 pneumatically-operated shutters. The curtains meet in the middle of the pit.

For perfect working comfort, and as part of our drive to improve productivity, we have integrated two large storage bays so that Durand Services mechanics can use reels to store their gearbox and axle oils, as well as their grease, directly in the pit.

We positioned a rail 20 cm from the bottom of the pit on which slides a raised platform to allow the mechanics to gain height (see photo below).
